Join the industry leader in transportation as a Dispatcher. You'll schedule and dispatch 100-150 drivers daily, coordinate shipments, communicate with customers and supervisors, and manage related administrative tasks.

Pay: $21/hour per shift

Shift Schedule:



  • Front Half: Sunday to Tuesday plus every other Wednesday, 6pm to 6am
  • Back Half: Thursday to Saturday plus every other Wednesday, 6pm to 6am



Responsibilities:



  • Dispatch drivers based on schedules, customer requests, and urgent needs
  • Provide shipping details and updates to customers
  • Communicate accurately via phone and email
  • Resolve service issues with supervisors and clients
  • Prepare daily work orders, dispatch sheets, and invoices
  • Use Excel and other software for scheduling and record-keeping
  • Organize work requests, expenses, inventory, and related documentation



Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years recent dispatch experience with DOT compliance
  • Strong communication, clerical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with computers and data entry
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long shifts
