The AdRise team at FOX is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Front End to lead the development of next-generation tools for ad campaign management. This team is central to driving revenue and operational efficiency across FOX's advertising technology stack by creating intuitive, data-driven solutions for ad planning, delivery, and performance optimization.

You'll play a critical role in designing and building advanced forecasting, reporting, and user workflow interfaces that empower ad operations teams to deliver maximum impact. You'll also collaborate across engineering, product, and design to shape the long-term vision of our campaign management platform and help scale it enterprise-wide.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop performant, responsive front-end applications optimized for large-scale ad operations workflows

  • Implement intuitive UI components and tools that support forecasting, reporting, and campaign delivery insights

  • Contribute to and maintain shared UI libraries and reusable design systems for internal product consistency

  • Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver features aligned to business goals and roadmap milestones

  • Conduct application profiling and performance tuning to ensure a seamless user experience under production loads

  • Participate in peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers to reinforce engineering standards and best practices

  • Continuously evaluate and adopt modern web technologies to improve front-end architecture and tooling

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience

  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, including modern ES6+, React, Redux, and functional programming principles

  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive and adaptive design patterns

  • Strong familiarity with TanStack and component libraries such as Mantine

  • Experience writing clean, maintainable code with robust unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage

  • Understanding of browser internals, performance bottlenecks, and rendering pipelines

  • Solid experience with TypeScript and the benefits of static typing in large-scale codebases

  • Fluency in build systems and tooling like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and modern Agile practices

  • Experience integrating with backend APIs and working in cross-functional development environments

  • Familiarity with digital advertising, ad monetization workflows, or related AdTech platforms

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins

  • Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence

  • Experience designing UIs for B2B or enterprise-grade data platforms

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $159,000.00-176,500.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
