Position Summary
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for performing key activities working with the Treasury team and other internal groups of the implementation of the company's daily treasury operations. Responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting with the activity related to the issuance of domestic letters of credit and international bank guarantees.
- Cash management activities and monitoring domestic and international bank accounts.
- Responding to internal and external parties on cash management related requests.
- Short-term cash balance forecastings.
- Assist in the administration of the company T&E and Purchasing card programs.
LOCATION:
- Role requires working in the corporate office 3 days per week and virtually the other days.
Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL:
- Be the first Treasury resource for responding timely and proactively to internal requests for letters of credit and bank guarantees.
- Primary backup to daily corporate cash management involving cash analysis, positioning and reporting.
- Assist with the processing of daily cash transfers and payments to meet cash requirements on domestic and international bank accounts.
- Assist in the accounting of the cash application and bank reconciliation process.
- Analyze bank fees and related cost information.
- Maintain bank, cash, debt, and interest schedules.
- Assist in the analysis and preparation of foreign exchange transactions.
- Maintain the database of letters of credit and bank guarantees for proper reporting and compliance requirements.
- Respond timely to notices and other documentation related to bank group, credit reviews, treasury agreements, letters of credit, and wire transfers.
- Assist in evaluating treasury functions for intercompany cash transfers and related activities to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate on developing and documenting procedures.
- Support the weekly cash balance forecasting process and month-end close activities where needed.
- Support management in the annual budgeting process.
- Provide support as needed to the management and maintenance of the company T&E and Purchasing card programs.
- Participate in and provide other support, reports and analyses as requested.

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience at companies with annual revenues greater than $500 Million.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
DESIRED:
- Experience with Letters of Credit.

- Intellectually curious with reviewing challenges and independently evaluating solutions.
- Well organized with setting priorities on managing multiple tasks.
- Close attention to detail.

- Experience working in Excel.
Additional Information
This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
