Qualifications EDUCATION Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical psychology from an APA-approved graduate program. EXPERIENCE Individuals with experience maintaining a clinical role in a child and adolescent outpatient practice; have been trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT); who embrace a biopsychosocial model of understanding and treating psychiatric illness; and are committed to program development are encouraged to apply. LICENSURE All candidates must be license-eligible in the State of Connecticut. SPECIAL SKILLS Capability of working collaboratively with and around physicians and other healthcare providers; flexibility with schedule and work-place settings; demonstrated commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork; demonstrated cultural competency working with diverse cultures and communities.
