The Colorist II, Color Formulating position is responsible for creating color match formulas and contributing to color development within the General Industrial Color Lab. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships. * Understands color science principles and applies them to create color match formulas and contribute to color development work BASIC QUALIFICATION: - or - HS Diploma plus 12 years of relevant industry experience as defined as Paint, Coatings, Surface preparations in a technical role, 8 years of those in Color development and color matching defined as above * Computer knowledge for basic inputting, communication, and data analysis. * Proficient in MS Office Preferred: TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 5% This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H-1B visa. |
