Summary:

Play & Park Structures is seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales within the east region. This role is responsible for managing sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving regional strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership, coaching, and creating value for customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals including increasing annual revenue.
  2. Lead, mentor, and support a team of direct sales representatives, independent dealers, or channel partners
  3. Uncover underutilized territories and strategically plan for scalable growth opportunities, partnering closely with direct reps and independent agencies to ignite potential and ensure long-term success and improved market share across the region.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and influencers
  5. Monitor sales performance and KPIs; provide regular forecasting and reporting
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment
  7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  8. Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy accordingly
  9. Recruit and onboard new sales talent or channel partners when needed
  10. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  11. Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  12. Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  13. Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management

Travel:
  • Travel could be as much as 50% plus required
Computer Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Hubspot preferred
