Job Description

This role is based out of our Atlanta office

A strategic sales leader responsible for driving substantial revenue growth across multiple product lines including premium conference packages, exhibition spaces, and integrated media solutions to the Northeastern Region of the US. This role requires developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies while leading a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed regional revenue targets across all product categories
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key accounts to secure long-term partnerships and expand market share
  • Identify emerging market trends and create innovative sales approaches to capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at high-profile industry events and lead strategic client meetings
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with demonstrated success in the events, media, or B2B services industry
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and growing market share
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Advanced negotiation skills for complex, high-value agreements
  • Exceptional relationship management capabilities at executive levels
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Willingness to travel (25%) for client meetings and industry events
  • The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, plus commission
