Two (2) years of kitchen experience is required. Scope of Position: The Relief Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the menu plan, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained. They will act as the primary food distribution service for the program. Maintain an organized and sanitary environment. Implement and adhere to food codes and regulations to provide safe food and beverages to clients. Pick up food donations as needed for the kitchen service. The Relief Cook will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to provide meals in a timely manner. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
