POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Manager (CRC) is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of daily operations at the Constellis Moyock Training Facility. This includes oversight of building maintenance, infrastructure readiness, equipment lifecycle management, logistical support, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role ensures that all facilities and assets are fully operational to support dynamic training requirements and mission readiness. In addition, the Operations Manager (CRC) plays a key role in long-term facility planning, budget development, vendor coordination, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across the site. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term facilities management strategies aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Leverage prior military experience, with a strong preference for background supporting Special Operations units, to enhance operational readiness and discipline in facility operations.
- Conduct routine weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections to ensure facility compliance with corporate, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Maintain 100% accountability for all assigned property, equipment, and infrastructure resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related maintenance, repair, and operational issues, ensuring prompt resolution and a safe working environment.
- Support the creation, implementation, and ongoing review of the Emergency Safety and Evacuation Plan in coordination with security and leadership teams.
- Manage facility records and documentation, implementing improved systems and processes to support efficient records management and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to manage facility projects and fulfill operational needs.
- Analyze organizational growth forecasts to develop and present scalable facilities strategies to senior leadership.
- Oversee all facility maintenance activities to ensure a clean, secure, and efficient workplace environment.
- Support range operations and maintenance activities, ensuring training spaces remain safe and mission ready.
- Manage operational expenses, including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, in alignment with approved budgets.
- Maintain and track facility performance metrics; generate monthly operational and compliance reports.
- Lead facility-related projects-including renovations, expansions, and new construction-from planning and design through execution and completion.
- Administer service contracts for office equipment and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance to maximize uptime and service value.
- Maintain and update office floorplans in alignment with internal reorganizations and company growth.
- Act as the purchasing agent for facility-related supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring all acquisitions align with budget and procurement policies.
- Assist in the development and preparation of the annual facilities budget, including allocations for alterations, furnishings, and preventative maintenance.
- Review and approve Purchase Card transactions and reconcile facility-related expenses to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
- Coordinate and manage service calls related to facility systems and equipment to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a large facility and overseeing range operations and maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of lead abatement processes and state/federal regulations related to shooting and explosive range management
- At least 8 years of management experience in overseeing personnel in specialized trades (electricians, plumbers, general contractors, etc.)
- Strong independent judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and effective in resolving critical issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical approach to challenges
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 50 lbs

WORKING CONDITIONS Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
