Summary The Cash Applications Assistant plays a vital role within the Accounting department, responsible for the accurate and timely application of incoming client payments. This position ensures client accounts are correctly maintained and supports overall accounts receivable operations. The Cash Applications Assistant must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Cash Applications Assistant will collaborate with individuals across the Firm, including partners, legal secretaries, billing and accounts receivable staff, and cash management. Duties and Responsibilities
Process daily incoming payments (wires, ACH, and checks) and apply them accurately to client accounts in the Firm's 3E accounting system. Flag issues or discrepancies between payments and our client accounts.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section.
