About the Role: This is a "manager-doer" role, where familiarity with the details of the work and the tech stack will be essential given the likelihood of being deeply involved in code, design, architectural reviews, and deployment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of personal accountability, be value-driven, consistently exhibit a bias to action, demonstrate clarity under conditions of uncertainty and change, and possess a strong sense of outcome orientation! Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Product Marketing, Economics, business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline. Minimum Experience Five to eight (5-8) years directly related experience in Product Management, Market analysis, planning, research or equivalent. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication, and analytical skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, and communication skills required. Knolwedge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
