We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven professional to manage our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Government Affairs, and Volunteerism initiatives. This role plays a critical part in deepening our company's commitment to community impact, civic engagement, and strategic communications-positioning our brand at the forefront of responsible construction leadership in the region and beyond.

What You'll Do:



  • Support and manage the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Government Affairs, and Volunteerism programs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with nonprofit and community organizations aligned with our business and philanthropic goals.
  • Support charitable giving, sponsorships, in-kind programs, and the company's Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program.
  • Administer and track state tax credit programs (e.g., EITC, NAP, NPP) and explore similar programs in other states.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments relevant to our industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with elected officials, government agencies, and trade associations.
  • Represent the company at policy briefings, hearings, and industry events.
  • Support the development and publication of the company's annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report.
  • Create strategic messaging, presentations, and communication materials key stakeholders while collaborating and aligning with our marketing and communications team.
  • Partner with internal teams to promote our community engagement efforts across multiple channels.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, or a related field (Master's a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in CSR, government affairs, community relations, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of legislative processes, community engagement, and CSR reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level communications.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, build relationships, and drive employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with tax credit programs and regulatory compliance (preferred).
  • Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in public affairs, communications, nonprofit management, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in CSR, government relations, or nonprofit management, preferably in an infrastructure, construction, or highly regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of Pennsylvania's community investment and tax credit programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Passion for building equitable, sustainable communities.


Work Environment:



  • This position is primarily indoors.
  • This work environment may involve minimal exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
