About the Role: This position will oversee all aspects of Mood's Channel Partner Program and Reporting; responsible for the development and institution of project management practices and disciplines over a diverse scope of brands, segments, and geographies. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Define overall program objectives for delivery of Mood's services and solutions through Indirect Channel Partners and Affiliates. Lead the development of workflow process standards and set expectations with all key stakeholders. Define and utilize initiative milestone reporting to drive internal and external deliverables and mitigate risk. Regularly publish reports on status of work, assessment of risk against defined milestones, relevant owners and actions, dates for follow up, and expected resolution. Work with internal and external teams to manage the coordination of efforts on deliverables and activities across multiple projects and initiatives. This may include reporting responsibilities as assigned. Participate in developing quarterly objectives and key results to be execute by the team. Drive continuous improvement in all business processes that support all Global Partners including NA Dealers, Affiliates and Global Affiliates. Utilize G-Suite, Oracle, and Smartsheet to track and communicate project details, contacts, deliverables, milestones, and current project status. Successfully handle coordination of numerous fast paced, highly detailed projects simultaneously. Cross train and support business stakeholders in various responsibilities, including but not limited to rebate reporting on a bi-monthly basis and NSC process. Orchestrate Quarterly Business reviews with IPMA and Key Global Affiliates to assess overall attainment, areas of improvement, process definition/evolution. Support Business Systems on initiatives involving all Channel Partner Oracle transactions. Work with business leadership on various projects as assigned.
Required Travel: Must be able to travel approx. 10% of the time. Required Availability: May be required to participate in meetings after standard working hours to support global partners. Essential Job Qualifications: Assoc. degree from 2-year college or technical school and/or 5+ years recent experience in related position Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
