Remote - U.S. Based (Excludes AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV)

Full-Time | Leadership Role

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 USD annually (based on location and experience)

Position Summary

The Director of Analytics and Solution Delivery serves as a strategic bridge between the enterprise data team and key business stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, and Commercial. This senior leadership role is accountable for delivering scalable, high-impact analytics and reporting solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The Director oversees a team of analysts, leads the development and deployment of data products using tools such as Power BI, and aligns analytics delivery with enterprise-wide data strategy. With a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, this role plays a critical part in enabling self-service analytics, improving business performance, and accelerating the company's data transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead Analytics Solution Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end development, prototyping, and deployment of dashboards and data products using Power BI and other modern visualization tools. Ensure timely delivery of high-value solutions that support data-driven business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Prioritization: Serve as the strategic liaison to business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams. Translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics solutions and manage expectations through a transparent intake and prioritization process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the central data team to ensure alignment on data architecture, governance, and master data definitions. Leverage curated datasets and governed models to ensure consistency across all reporting outputs.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, business empathy, and continuous learning. Set clear goals, provide coaching, and support professional growth.
  • Strategic Execution: Shape and contribute to the organization's broader data and analytics roadmap. Identify opportunities to unlock business value through data, propose innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals at every stage of delivery.


Qualifications

Required:



  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or solution delivery roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing analytics or solution delivery teams
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions
  • Expertise in Power BI and other reporting or visualization platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments, including centralized data warehouses, data modeling, ETL processes, and master data management
  • Strong skills in project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a strong focus on execution and measurable impact



Preferred:



  • Experience with modern data stack technologies (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, dbt)
  • Background in agile or iterative analytics delivery methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and is based on role, level, experience, and location. The U.S. salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 USD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and geographic location.
