Position Summary:
TheSupply Chain Service Coordinatoris a skilled position.You will betheprimary contact for sales & customer related service issueswith regard to order fill, quality, service delivery, etc.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment with respective distribution management; following up to ensure resolution.
- Reconciling with the production team on unit accountability.
- Communicate and coordinate follow up with functional teams as necessary (Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Customer/Account).
- Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing service issues/concerns.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
- Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with all functional areas.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to inquiries by phone or email.
- Knowledgeable on our products and distribution processes/procedures to answer questions and resolve issues.
- You will use BUSS andPC Data systems to run reports

- Strong reading, math andcommunication skills: phone, email and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt/respond to various customers.
- Must be well organized and computer literate:Excel and Word experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- You must have good written and oral English language communication skills.
- You must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work 8+ hour shifts, irregular and/or rotating shifts, including split days off (non-consecutive days off) and worknights,holidays, and weekends (frequently required).
