Job Summary

The Manager of Faculty Human Resource is responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes specifically for faculty positions within the institution. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with academic policies, addressing faculty-related inquiries, and supporting professional development initiatives for faculty members.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Provide support and guidance to faculty members regarding employment-related inquiries, including benefits, professional development, and performance evaluations.

Job Duty 2 -
Provide support and guidance to faculty members regarding employment-related inquiries, including benefits, professional development, and performance evaluations.

Job Duty 3 -
Ensure compliance with academic policies and regulations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to faculty employment and credentials.

Job Duty 4 -
Conduct onboarding sessions for new faculty members, providing them with essential information about institutional policies, resources, and expectations.

Job Duty 5 -
Analyze faculty turnover and retention data to identify trends and recommend initiatives aimed at improving faculty satisfaction and engagement.

Job Duty 6 -
Assist in the development and implementation of professional development programs tailored to the needs of faculty members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Job Duty 7 -
Participate in faculty-related committees and initiatives to represent human resource perspectives and contribute to policy development and institutional planning.

Job Duty 8 -
Stay informed of changes in higher education regulations and best practices affecting faculty employment to ensure that the institution remains compliant and competitive.

Job Duty 9 -
Collaborate with academic departments to identify faculty staffing needs and develop strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.

Job Duty 10 -
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience
Three or more years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

SKILLS

Pay Range Starting At: $63,303 - $87,000
