About the role:

We're seeking a versatile and proactive Office & Administrative Assistant to be the backbone of our McLean office operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their daily tasks, and takes pride in creating a positive workplace experience for the entire team. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining our office while providing essential administrative support to leadership. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn and understand new issues, and be able to shift focus from one task to another seamlessly.

What you will do:



  • Ensure seamless daily office operations through proactive administrative and facilities management while providing executive assistance to C-suite leaders including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense report processing
  • Maintain a pristine, welcoming office environment including kitchen maintenance, supply restocking, inventory management, and coordinating vendor relationships and deliveries
  • Plan and execute team events, company celebrations, and meetings including catering arrangements, room setup, and event logistics
  • Handle executive errands and projects that enhance team productivity and workplace satisfaction
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Execute special projects, such as presentations, financial spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Provide additional support to other executives as needed.


What we are looking for:



  • *1+ years in office administration, facilities coordination, or comparable support roles
  • Naturally friendly, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a "can-do" attitude
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms and expense reporting (Outlook, Teams, Unanet)
  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Highly Preferred:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Previous experience providing administrative support to senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Project coordination experience in corporate environments
  • Experience as a personal assistant


Work Type:



  • On-site - McLean, VA
  • May be required to travel up to 10%
  • Reliable personal transportation is required.
  • Reimbursement for mileage and EZ-pass will be provided for work
