Job Summary Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations. In this full-time position, you will utilize your skills and expertise to manage the movement of materials, support inventory management, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Primary Duties Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move and stack products within the warehouse. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and maintain an organized work area. Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking materials and conducting periodic stock counts. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse practices. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and supervisors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism. Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in forklift operation are a plus. Previous experience in order processing or logistics is desirable to excel in this role.
