JOB SUMMARY: Team lead for IT System administrators, datacenter support, hardware support, software application support, business analysis, application optimization, solution design and end user support. This role also leads ongoing project initiatives and implementations. Responsible for Systems administrator team scheduling, training, mentoring and project coordination.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads, manages and cross train Infrastructure Systems Administrators team to meet run the business, project and change management process SLA.
• Leads, manages and cross train Infrastructure Systems Administrator team in accordance with Claritev's security and audit compliance requirements.
• Lead, manage and coordinate team and processes for all Claritev datacenter support and operations.
• Responsible for team SLA delivery and on-call management.
• Design, implement and communicate project plans and timelines.
• Determine and evaluate support problem management and communication.
• Develop disaster recovery and failover strategies for Claritev systems.
• Responsible for disaster recovery execution and team support during DR test and events
• Responsible for datacenter and systems High Availability.
• Create and enforce system security, file security, SOP and policy standards
• Create Audit regulations and provide audit evidence for Hitrust, SOX and other as needed.
• Manage and provision access to Claritev domain components.
• Test and implement new technical solutions.
• Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
