Ensures proper operation of equipment by performing scheduled preventative maintenance. Monitors and completes all required maintenance tasks within a specified timeframe. Performs machine calibration and verify test standards are within required tolerances. Ability to perform equipment repairs with some assistance. Knowledge of PLC, pneumatic and low/high voltage systems. Utilize CMMS effectively to document work performed. Communicates to production leadership regarding machine status, machine updates and timeframe for repairs. Actively participates in building a collaborative and productive team environment. Ability to train and mentor fellow team members. Contacts vendors for support with machine repairs and diagnostics. Performs installation of all types of equipment Work with engineering department as needed for process improvement initiatives. Interprets engineering schematics and procedures used during machine diagnostics. Supports the operational environment by maintaining an OSHA safety standard, there Assists with building maintenance as needed
