Requirements



  • Previous experience as a restaurant/bar manager or in a similar leadership hospitality role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses a highly flexible schedule
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling tools
  • Strong understanding of bar service, restaurant operations, and customer experience



Restaurant Manager Position Summary

Lead day-to-day operations at a dynamic food, drink, and live entertainment venue.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage all front-of-house, bar, kitchen coordination, and live entertainment operations.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a high-performing restaurant team.
  • Drive exceptional customer service during peak hours and live events.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and daily financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and community outreach to boost brand awareness.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a service-first mindset.
  • Help execute special events to increase traffic and revenue.



Salary | $50,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
