We are modernizing our human capital management systems and are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking HCM Product Manager to own the long-term platform solution and strategy to accomplish the company's strategic goals via the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role will guide the transformation of our HR operations in delivering and optimizing a modern, standardized, people-centric platform, ensuring alignment across The Cianbro Companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform, from planning through deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and multiple other teams across the enterprise to gather and harmonize requirements with system capabilities.
- Facilitate alignment across business units with standardized HR processes, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct gap analyses between HR requirements and Oracle HCM capabilities, identifying opportunities for alignment, automation, and integration.
- Synthesize business functional and technical requirements into platform capabilities, working closely with Oracle implementation partners and internal teams.
- Support change management efforts including education, documentation, and user adoption strategies.
- Evaluate initiatives for value, cost, and effort, and manage project deliverables and risks.
- Guide post-implementation optimization and drive continuous improvement, which allows the business to realize the maximum potential of system capabilities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in IT HR technology, product management, or business analysis with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR system migrations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Eagerness to learn and teach others in the pursuit of team growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills.
