We are seeking a strategic and experienced ERP Product Manager to own the long-term platform solution and strategy to accomplish the company's strategic goals via the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role will be instrumental in delivering advanced capabilities and process improvements to the business and delivering long-term value through the Oracle Cloud platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision and lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform, through discovery, deployment, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Engineering, Procurement, and other teams to understand business challenges and deliver unified, scalable platform solutions.
- Facilitate alignment across the enterprise to standardize processes, data models, and workflows.
- Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities, identifying opportunities for alignment, automation, and integration.
- Synthesize business functional and technical requirements into platform capabilities, working closely with Oracle implementation partners and internal teams.
- Support change management efforts, including education, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies.
- Evaluate initiatives for value, cost, and effort, and manage project deliverables and risks.
- Guide post-implementation optimization and drive continuous improvement, which allows the business to realize the maximum potential of system capabilities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT ERP product management or business analysis, with at least 2 years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar platforms.
- Proven success in migrating from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of finance, procurement, and operational workflows.
- Experience with process improvement, solution design, and enterprise system integration.
- Familiarity with Oracle's data model, reporting tools, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, PMP, CBAP) are a plus.
