We are looking for a candidate who thrives on variety. Our Intake Specialists handle incoming mail, and we have lots of it. This candidate needs a quick eye and good memory. You'll use a variety of software and equipment to move the mail on to next point. The candidate must operate as part of a larger team, in a deadline-oriented environment and always have making life brighter for our clients as their main focus.

• Experience using production level, high speed scanners, printers, and mailing machines.

• Comfortable using laptops and computerized equipment.

• Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office products as well as Teams meeting platforms.

• Demonstrated ability working within a team, as well as alone with minimal Supervision.

• Demonstrated ability to make production conclusions to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated communications with team members, senior leaders, internal and external clients.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Knowing overtime may be required on short notice to ensure we meet our clients expectations.

• Ability to work in either a seated or standing position for extended amounts of time.

• Manual dexterity is required in carrying out duties.

• Ability to lift 30lbs on own and heavier items using available equipment such as carts or lifts.

• Ability to work in a shared office/production environment.
