Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Vice President, IT Services to join our team in LaVergne, TN. In this role, you will manage and lead a flexible and adaptable high-performance organization to include delivering scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure and operations. The VP will drive innovation through Hybrid cloud strategies, automation, and modern DevSecOps practices. This individual will partner with business leaders to align IT services with strategic goals, ensuring business continuity, operational excellence, and digital transformation. They will measure and ensure highest level of service and quality around availability, reliability, throughput, and customer service, while driving appropriate cost reductions. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or directly related field.
- 15 years of increasingly responsible experience in Infrastructure, Security and Operations, including 5+ years' experience in:
- Unified Communications
- Managing infrastructure and support of multiple applications in a multi-platform environment.
- Systems management control function frameworks such as ITIL v4 and CMMi.
- Service Oriented Architecture
- Security and Compliance
- Hybrid and cloud infrastructure, including PaaS, IaaS and SaaS
- Microservices, Containerization, and Orchestration
- 10+ years of hands-on experience managing or overseeing the management of mid to large-scale information technology projects, including complex cross-functional, cross-organizational projects and strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and direct the organization's overall IT systems infrastructure including Computer Operations, Telecommunications, WAN/LAN Services, Network Operations Center, Help Desk, Technical Services, Production Services, Quality Assurance, Security and Compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact on IT industry directions and trends while recommending future architecture and technical needs and projects within the organization.
- Manage multiple technical platforms including UNIX, System 390, iSeries, ZOS, SQL Server, Windows, NOS, Unified Communications Systems, both on premise and in the Cloud.
- Oversee hybrid and multi-cloud environments (e.g., Private Datacenter, Azure, GCP), ensuring cost optimization, governance, and performance.
- Champion the adoption of cloud-native architectures, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containers, and Kubernetes.
- Lead the implementation of DevSecOps practices, integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems through microservices architecture and API-first design.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) while embedding security into infrastructure design.
- Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to align infrastructure with agile development cycles.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and upskilling, ensuring the IT Services team remains current with emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement a skills modernization roadmap for infrastructure and operations teams.
- Lead the transformation of IT operations through automation, AIOps, and real-time monitoring.
