JOB SUMMARY |
The Professional Recruiter position will provide full cycle human resources recruitment for assigned business unit location(s) at the corporate functions of the business unit. The incumbent will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including professional entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support and management positions to include, but not limited to Engineering, Sales, IT, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations and Human Resources. The incumbent will support the business through candidate sourcing, recruitment and support of processes. |
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Lead the in full cycle recruitment of corporate and operations level professional support positions
- Assist to source candidates and provide resumes to internal business partners
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to update, create, develop and maintain job descriptions and postings for professional support business functions.
- Ensures accuracy and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in compliance with local, state and federal requirements
- Act as a main contact for new hire communications
- Conduct new hire orientations when necessary
- Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referrals in compliance
- Maintain recruiting tracking processes
- Post jobs internally, externally and on various sites
- Attend career fairs and job fairs
- Foster relationship with local schools for recruiting initiatives and assist in the building of future, long standing talent pools
- Support HR team efforts to continually improve processes and our customer experience
- Arrange travel, expense reports and arrangement of transportation for applicants when and where needed

- Lead and volunteer for institutional and social responsibility events
- Assist with HR and recruitment related projects, when necessary
- Assist HR management in the development, revision, and implementation of streamlined processes, procedures and administrative practices
- Perform regular and ad hoc reporting on items such as headcount, attrition, turnover, attendance, and performance/development objectives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES |
- Ability to act in an action-oriented manner and drive for exceptional results
- Ability to communicate with employees and management at all levels effectively
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of an HRIS and/or ATS systems are required
- Knowledge of applicable HR law and DOL requirements in relation to recruitment and recordkeeping. FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, are also preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE |
Required Education / Experience
- Associate's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- Working with HRIS, ATS or other personnel related software systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and recordkeeping requirements of personnel related processes confidentiality and candidate screening regulations Basic to Intermediate skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- 2+ years in recruiting professional exempt staff
Preferred Education / Experience
- 1-2+ years' experience working in a human resources and/or recruitment field
- High volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
