The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support SkyWater business operations. Responsibilities includes assist the company with expense management efforts, assist the Finance team with annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts, assist with Treasury reporting and Debt Covenant reporting, assist in developing financial models including NPV and ROI analysis, and assist with ad hoc projects/requests.

Responsibilities:



  • Analyze actual financial performance versus the budget/forecast
  • Consolidate financial data for multiple entities using Essbase
  • Assist with construction of Tableau reports
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide value-added financial and business analysis
  • Assist with financial statement analysis; which includes assisting with revenue volume and mix, operating expense, and labor expense analyses
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, cash flow projections, and business forecasts
  • Assist with Treasury reporting and debt covenant reporting
  • Assist in company-wide cost savings initiatives and make recommendations to stakeholders regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies
  • Assist in implementing systems and reporting improvements including NetSuite and Tableau
  • Drive cost and margin analysis on existing and new product or services
  • Perform special projects, create system and workflow improvements, and other finance duties as required



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 5+ years related experience; preferably in a manufacturing or service-oriented business.
  • Strong systems and ERP aptitude and Excel modeling skills.
  • Netsuite and Tableau experience will be helpful but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
  • General understanding of Accounting concepts (GAAP)

The annual salary range for this role is $91,200 MIN - $136,800 MAX. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
