What you'll do.

The HR Business Partner role is key to driving a positive employee experience and building an environment where people and teams can thrive. Aligned closely with executive leaders and their divisions, serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Lead planning and implementations of key talent initiatives- such as employee engagement, development planning , succession, and performance management. With a focus on collaboration and impact, this role helps shape a workplace culture that fosters growth, accountability, and belonging.

What we look for.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Org Development, or related field of study is required
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related Human Resources experience is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of talent related programs implementation, training development and/or HR business partnership experience is required
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating and delivering high impact presentations is required
  • HR experience in a similar or larger sized organization and setting is required
  • Experience with competency model integration is preferred
  • Experience with managing training partners and vendors is preferred

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of core Talent Management programs including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, talent review, development, and workforce planning is required
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are required
  • Excellent project management skills are required
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills at all organization levels are required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required
  • Ability to effectively achieve deadlines is required
  • Ability to maintain confidential information is required
  • Ability to engage at all levels within the organization is required
  • Knowledge of training design principles is preferred
  • Working knowledge of other key HR functions such as Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition is preferred

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required - approximately 5%.

Location: Minneapolis, MNand is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)

Schedule: Occasional evening and weekend required
