We love where we work and we know you will, too! The Member Advisor acts as a resource to members, using sound judgement in member questions and problem-solving. Provides exceptional service in account and lending relationships, identifying ways to optimize the members credit union experience. Acts as back-up supervisor and is a resource to branch staff. Essential Duties:
This position is subject to the SAFE Act Registration Requirements - You must register and remain in good standing with the Federal Registry System (NMLS) per the SAFE Act requirements. You will be required to submit to the SAFE Act background check and fingerprinting process. Failure to register successfully or to maintain a status in good standing under the SAFE Act will affect your continued employment and may cause immediate termination. Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills: Experience: Member Advisor I:One year to three years of similar or related experience.Salary Range: $21.69 - $29.29 per hour. Budgeted Target Rate: $22 - $22.50 per hour. Member Advisor II:Two to four years of similar or related experience.Salary Range: $23.57 - $31.82 per hour. Budgeted Target Rate: $24 - 24.50 per hour. Member Advisor III:Three to five years of similar or related experience. Salary Range: $26.51 - 34.85 per hour. Budgeted Target Rate: $26.25 - 26.75 per hour. Education:A high school education or GED. Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation preferred. Bilingual skills highly desired Additional Details: Branch Hours:Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm. Saturdays 9:30am to 2:00pm. Closed Sundays. Location: Salmon Creek -14101 NE 10th Avenue.Vancouver, WA 98685 Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
