Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job SummaryManages a team that executes the daily clinical research laboratory operations for all programs across HRI. Oversees staff and ensures adequate staffing levels, inclusive of hiring/onboarding, evaluating, managing performance, coaching and developing employees ensuring productivity, quality of work, compliance, and alignment of goals with our mission, vision, and values. Supports quality, service and financial metrics and initiatives. Manages the department and coordinates activities with other areas of the organization and with internal and external customers. Ensures compliance with all policies. Demonstrates financial stewardship by being accountable for financial integrity around development and maintenance of budget. Provides in-depth knowledge, expertise, and ongoing support, education, and training of laboratory research staff regarding the conduct of clinical research studies.Oversees analytical testing in the laboratory, document quality control, and performance on preventative maintenance and instrument troubleshooting. Evaluates aspects of clinical research protocols related to laboratory feasibility and procedures. Essential Functions
