Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive technology transformation strategies for JLL's largest clients, leading large-scale digital initiatives while fostering innovation and continuous improvement
• Build and manage C-level executive relationships to establish trust in high-visibility client implementations and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
• Direct cross-functional teams through complex change management processes with clear governance, coordinating resources and managing vendors to execute project plans effectively
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables remain within scope, timeline, and budget while tracking progress and developing contingency plans for identified risks
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through technology enablement and artificial intelligence, gathering and prioritizing end-user requirements to support advancement in AI product offerings
• Facilitate effective collaboration between all parties through regular status meetings and reports, while providing leadership and clear performance expectations to project team members
