Overview

BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking GFP Manager- Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior professional with over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. Supporting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Program Office (PMA-234), at Patuxent River, MD. Salary

The typical annual salary range for this position is $102,172.00 USD to $121,214.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.



Responsibilities

    Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
  • Identifies, collects, manages and reports all Government property and material inventories in support of engineering, manufacturing, development, production, procurement, sustainment and maintenance efforts
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
  • Performs management, technical, and business case analyses
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules


Qualifications

  • 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the
    responsibilities description, with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs

Desired Experience

  • At least ten (10) years of experience in NAVAIR identification, collection, management and reporting of all Government property and material inventories in the program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management.
  • A minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.

EDUCATION - from statement of work

Degree: MA/MS degree

Allowable Substitution:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree

OR

  • Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree

OR

  • Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree

CLEARANCE

Must maintain Secret security clearance eligibility at minimum

May require access to classified information up to and including Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

Condition of Employment: Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance. The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
