Our brand is our voice, and we need to ensure everyone across the company and its partners are speaking in unison. Vivint is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Compliance Manager to ensure the consistent application of our brand across all internal and external channels. This role will be key in maintaining a cohesive brand presence across a large, dynamic organization focused on helping people across the country live in smarter, safer, more efficient homes.

A strong candidate will have solid experience working with creative and marketing teams, be comfortable ensuring adherence to brand policies, permissions, and procedures, safeguarding brand integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally to align creative assets with strategic objectives. They will also have stellar interpersonal communication and listening skills, be good at finding win-win solutions, have experience creating and executing trainings, and have a strong command of details.

This is an individual contributor role.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Standards & Guidelines Communication:Work with all internal and external partners to ensure they understand the brand and marketing guidelines, and the corresponding brand and legal approval processes.
  • Brand Standards Enforcement:Monitor all public-facing content to identify unapproved assets or content that is in violation of policy, have it removed, inform stakeholder groups, and provide updated assets or submit creative requests for new assets if warranted.
  • Brand Risk Escalation & Resolution: Escalate and assist with resolution of brand threats, or high-risk issues with Social, Public Relations, Executive Resolutions and Legal.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all brand creative meets legal and regulatory standards
  • Develop Training:Develop training plans and content in close collaboration with sales, legal, compliance and field service about marketing compliance and brand standards
  • Optimize Processes & Systems:Assess the current process and tools currently used for monitoring and enforcement, and optimize those efforts in close collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Support External Partnerships:Work with sales and affiliate partners to understand their marketing programs and enable them with the right materials.Provide ongoing support and asset delivery, and devise plans for co-creation of materials when applicable.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, compliance, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining relationships cross-functionally in a business
  • Highly developed project management skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and drive accountability, while maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders
