Account Manager (Upstream Chemicals) - Gillette, WY

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee Service Technicians for the Account, Indirect upselling on Accounts, Customer Service.
• Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities.
• Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Contributes to plan of larger unit.
• Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
• Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done. Standardized project processes.
• Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. Diverse clients in a region.
• Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
• Have minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience
• Have worked in the oil and gas industry before.
