Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Product Manager.

In this role, the successful Sr. Product Manager will design and develop specialized software, as part of our Robotics Process Automation (RPA) & intelligent Automation initiative, to automate business processes. This person will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle along with bespoke development in new generation technologies, as well as produce detailed technical diagrams and author technical documentation. The PM will gather user requirements and serve as a liaison between business, deployment, and software development teams to ensure the RPA software solutions meet user needs and develop and customize the UiPath business automation platform software. Lastly, they will conduct software maintenance and testing; prioritize production issues or incidents to help ensure overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in engineering, computer science, or related, or any foreign equivalencies.

Prior experience must include:

  • 6 yrs progressive experience in mentoring colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
  • 6 yrs progressive exp w/developing automated processes/BOTS using UiPath and other RPA tools
  • 5 yrs progressive experience in maintaining the UiPath development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies) and continuous evaluation of the Intelligent Automation market for tools/frameworks
  • 5 yrs progressive exp w/managing a team of developers and testers, architect automation solutions independently and support issue resolution that may arise in day to day running of RPA processes.
  • 5 yrs progressive exp w/Cloud Solutions including Azure, AWS for Intelligent Document Processing and API Based processing
  • 5 yrs progressive exp designing & architecting automation solutions for critical business use cases like IVR Integration, and AI Based inference and Natural Language Processing based Analytics

* Progressive experience is demonstrated by advancement toward increasingly complex or responsible duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree Required
6 Years of relevant experience required
Ability to direct the work of a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $117,107.95 - $187,425.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
