Role Overview We are seeking an innovative and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and build for CoCounsel Corporate use cases, with a particular focus on developing generative AI workflows and experiences for corporate legal departments. This leader will drive product vision, strategy and execution while working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet market needs and drive business growth. The Vice President, Product Management - CoCounsel Corporates leads a team of Product Managers across the product lines they own. In this role they'll play a key role in driving a customer centric culture within their team and pushing their product managers and partners to exceed all key deliverables that they have set. Successful Vice Presidents, Product Management have experience weighing and communicating tradeoffs across a portfolio of products, and know how to ask probing questions, listen to customers, and help teams get to the right solution quickly. They work backwards from customers, are connected to the details, and help the team break down strategies into executable phases and distinct features. They are transparent with their prioritization framework, welcome and incorporate feedback, and measure and effectively communicate the results of product investments to leaders. About the Role As a Vice President, Product Management you will:
- Display strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs and opportunities and offering potential solutions
- Build world class capabilities and products by creating a vision for product and maintaining the product roadmap while partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress
- Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership for a product line, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues. You will socialize with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, vision, and roadmaps
- Build, manage and lead a world class team of product managers. You will lead a team to define and deliver significant strategic initiatives
About You In order to be successful in achieving these goals, you will be:

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of corporate legal departments, their workflows and technology needs
- Demonstrated success building and launching Gen AI products
- Strong track record of successful enterprise software integrations

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $213,710 - $396,890.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
