The primary responsibility of the Director of Infrastructure Support is to lead and manage large-scale capital projects, support strategic facility initiatives, and infrastructure operations across multiple regions. This role oversees budgeting, financial reporting, capital and operational expenditures, and the implementation of facility management systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The position requires strong leadership, project management expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support Buffalo Rock's mission of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Essential Functions * Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. Position is required to work all hours necessary to ensure operations function is fulfilled, including nights, weekends, holidays. Travel will be required. * Lead and manage large-scale capital expenditure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. * Develop, prepare, and present financial reports related to strategic initiatives, operational expenses, and capital expenditures. Analyze data to support informed decision-making. * Provide oversight and guidance in the preparation, analysis, and management of both operating and capital budgets. * Serve as a subject matter expert to the Regional Shared Service Manager as well as to Regional Fleet, Safety, Security, and Facility Coordinators on matters related to facility management, preventative maintenance, and project planning. * Organize, develop, and maintain work schedules that promote timely project completion while minimizing overtime and resource waste. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Fleet, Safety, and Security, to ensure project needs are met effectively and efficiently. * Review, evaluate, and assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contract documentation for projects, collaborating closely with the legal department. * Manage all aspects of capital expenditure planning, budgeting, and project execution; ensure expenditures align with organizational priorities and fiscal responsibility. * Track, record, and report on all expenditures related to facility management and capital projects to ensure budgetary compliance and financial accuracy. * Lead the deployment, implementation, and ongoing management of the Facility Management system to support and enhance facility operations and preventive maintenance processes. * Complete other activities as assigned. Required education and experience
o Must have at least 2 plus years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance or Project Management; Required o Must have general knowledge of facilities & equipment systems: Required
