DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be primarily located at the Records Center, where your main responsibility will involve executing clerical tasks associated with the digitization of historical program files. Your specific duties will encompass scanning various documents, organizing electronic images into appropriate categories, performing data entry, and maintaining an orderly filing system. Additionally, you may be required to act as a backup for the reception area, which includes welcoming visitors and handling incoming phone calls. Effective communication with your supervisor will be essential, as you will need to discuss clerical procedures and offer suggestions aimed at enhancing overall job performance.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Limited Term, full-time employment.
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
