Treasury Management Sales Associate

The Treasury Management Associate will provide sales, implementation, and client servicing support to business customers in the Oklahoma market.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Treasury Management Sales support by:

• Providing assistance to Sales Officers in proposal preparation, RFP responses, pricing analysis, and relationship reviews
• Aiding Officers in pushing sales to close through strategic follow up with the clients
• Assisting Officer in conducting outreach to warm leads who have expressed interest or interacted with our services
• Regularly meeting with each Officer to:
  
  
  
  • Review pipeline (including prospects and current live deals)
  • Review any pre-call planning needs
  • Discuss upcoming proposal or relationship review needs
  • Work through sales and prospect reporting
  • Aide with follow up items from lines of business partner reviews
  
  
  
  
• Works with Sales Officers on annual product campaigns and initiatives
• Implementation Responsibilities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a banking role requiring professional communication with external clients through various methods including face-to-face, email, and phone is required
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Treasury Management experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to review and analyze written materials to identify key information, assess implications, and draw informed conclusions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple customer relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
