Behavioral Health Psychiatric Supervisor BEST ONC-SCD CLINIC Full Time 85379BR Job Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical leadership, quality assurance and program development to clinical, training and consultation programs within a mental health program. This includes clinical supervision, program development, managing resources, participating in staff evaluations, and assisting in the implementation of quality assurance and evaluation measures for services. It may also include carrying out a limited caseload of direct service cases. Organizing and facilitating team meetings, identifying training needs and coordinating training for clinical staff are also key elements of the position. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $115,500 - $173,300 (Annual Rate). With $22 million in services, grants, and contracts, our mental health and developmental services are provided in the hospital setting, local schools, community-based settings and homes. We are committed to delivering culturally accountable, evidence based, and trauma informed behavioral health care to the children in our community, including those with the highest risk and need, and those who are marginalized or underserved. Behavioral health care services encompass 17 service-based programs and 135 multidisciplinary staff, with an aim to be the premier behavioral health care institution for children in northern California, with proficiency in clinical care, training, research and evaluation and policy.
