TECHNICIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER III

Purpose:

Responsible for providing advanced technical support to the Frontend department by developing, analyzing, diagnosing software/hardware problems and/or developing system/procedures necessary to meet customer specifications and internal requirements; assessing potential new applications for new business challenges and developing systems to support the new challenges.

Knowledge/Experience:




  • Minimum of ten years technical support experience within the Photomask Industry
  • Strong working knowledge of mask making, Mask making software, and data prep work flow processes
  • Ability to provide leadership to a team of engineers to solve complicated business challenges


  • College degree in engineering or related field.
