Position Summary

As the Sr. IT Analyst - AI Driven Product Innovation, you will serve as a strategic translator at the intersection of insights, marketing, product innovation, technology, data and manufacturing capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic translator at the intersection of marketing, manufacturing, IT capabilities, and data insights. You will be responsible for translating consumer insights and business priorities into GenAI-powered technical solutions that drive Nestle USA's product innovation pipeline from ideation to in-market success.

To be effective in this role, you need to be a strong communicator, equally comfortable in both business and IT domains, with the ability to craft compelling, data-informed narratives that influence direction, shape decisions, and foster alignment across stakeholders.   • Identify and shape strategic AI technical roadmap opportunities grounded by data and digital insight, partnering with marketing, product innovation, and technology teams to frame the right problems and prioritize initiatives with high impact
  • Translate business goals and abstract needs into technical requirements, ensuring effective solutions are actionable, scalable, and aligned with strategic intent
  • Analyze innovation processes through the lens of value and digital transformation, recommending improvements that accelerate outcomes and align with enterprise strategy
  • Leverage insight and analytics to uncover end-to-end process automation opportunities, driving efficiency, scalability, and digital maturity
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing, and IT, enabling seamless collaboration and shared understanding and alignment of priorities across delivery efforts
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with an agile mindset, embracing iterative delivery, rapid feedback, and continuous value delivery
  • Stay current on emerging technologies (especially AI), digital trends, and IT capabilities to proactively recommend innovative solutions to business problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of combined experience of working in a business and technical function
  • 2+ years of experience working across business and technology teams to deliver a product or digital solutions roadmap, preferably in a new product innovation context

Other

  • Previous experience working with Generative AI or other emerging technologies

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
