A TEKsystems client based in California is seeking a proactive and experienced NetSuite Administrator to support the successful implementation of NetSuite ERP in collaboration with it's large accounting partner. Post-implementation, this individual will serve as the internal NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for ongoing system administration, optimization, and user support.
Responsibilities: * System Maintenance: Maintain the NetSuite platform to optimize performance and functionality. * User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on NetSuite features and best practices. * Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. * Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates. * Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and system configurations. Implementation Phase: Act as the internal lead and liaison between client and accounting partner during the NetSuite implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations. Support data migration from internal ERP to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions. Post-Implementation: Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and internal Subject Matter Expert. Manage system configurations, customizations, workflows, roles, and permissions. Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs to support business operations. Provide ongoing support and training to users across departments. Monitor system performance and coordinate with NetSuite support for issue resolution. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead enhancement initiatives. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
