How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
The Director of Finance - Group Controller will serve as the lead controller for all plants in the R&C (Residential and Commercial) group.This position will provide functional leadership in driving financial results, performance analysis and timely closing and reporting per the corporate closing schedule. The position will support all R&C plants, leading implementation in best practices and constant improvement in financial reporting to business leaders.The Group Controller will ensure that all financial and accounting policies are consistently and accurately implemented and reported with strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). This role will be a key partner to R&C VP Manufacturing and VP Manufacturing Finance to drive efficiency, profitability and output growth. Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting & Analysis - Provide timely, insightful, and relevant analysis of financial results on a period and ad hoc basis to R&C manufacturing and operations leadership. Responsible for monthly close out. Required Education & Experience
