Position Summary:

The Employee Insights Specialists assists in strengthening workplace culture by supporting employee feedback efforts and contributing to the implementation of employee insights (EI) initiatives. This role supports in the coordination of employee feedback channels, preparing data summaries for analysis, supporting internal communications, and assisting with the administrative needs of the EI team to help drive inclusive,
transparent, and data-informed strategies.

Day in the life: In a typical day the Employee Insights Specialist...



  • Employee Insights Support: Supports the collection and organization of employee feedback to help elevate employee voices and enhance the organization's overall employee experience strategy.
  • Administrative Support: Provides administrative, technical, and project support for EI initiatives.



Job Pay and Perks:



  • Pay Range: $27.38 - $37.04 per hour
  • This is a flexible-hybrid role that must be based in the Twin Cities 7 County Metropolitan Area, whose essential functions allow the employee to primarily work from a personal home office but also require the employee to work at a physical GESMN or partner facility as business needs require, sometimes with great urgency and little notice.

About You:

Required Knowledge & Skills:



  • Technology acumen to learn/adapt to new systems and champion EI/HR systems for employee use
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with data, formatting reports, and supporting survey systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset with an interest in improving employee experience.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and HR tools.



Prior Experience & Education:



  • 1-3 years of relevant HR, employee insights, and/or workplace culture experience required.
  • Experience managing employee feedback/survey platforms, reviewing employee feedback or other survey data to identify trends preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
