Emplify Health is seeking a dynamic and highly skilledSenior Executive Assistantto play a pivotal role in supporting our Chief Population Health Officer and Chief Quality Officer and their respective divisions. This is more than an administrative role-it's a chance to be at the heart of initiatives that are reshaping the future of healthcare.

  • Quality serves as trusted collaborators in achieving excellence in clinical quality and patient safety by providing expert knowledge and actionable information while partnering through continuous improvement.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you'll bring expertise in executive support to manage fast-paced, high-impact environments.Your day-to-day will include:

  • Executive Support & Calendar Management:Masterfully managing complex calendars and prioritizing competing demands with precision and foresight.

  • Administrative Operations & Process Improvement:Oversee a variety of administrative functions including database management, HR and budget maintenance, and internal communications. Review and refine operational methods, identify best practices, and implement audit mechanisms and performance metrics reporting.

  • Reporting & Presentation Preparation:Creating polished, data-driven reports by gathering and synthesizing key information.

  • Communication & Correspondence:Serving as a communication hub, liaising confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Confidentiality & Professionalism:Handling sensitive inquiries with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Reliability & Flexibility:Anticipating needs before they arise and proactively solving problems.

What you'll need:

  • Education: Associates degree in business or related field

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity

  • Physical Location: This position will be based out of La Crosse, WIORGreen Bay, WI. Hybrid option would be considered but candidates must live within reasonable driving distance to La Crosse or Green Bay due to frequent on-site needs.
