Raw Materials Coordinator

Raw Materials Coordinator Needed in the Bolton, MA Area!

Advantage Technical is seeking a detail-oriented Raw Materials Coordinator to ensure exceptional inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and supply chain efficiency within our manufacturing facility. This role is critical for maximizing warehouse space utilization, maintaining a conforming product mix, and supporting seamless order fulfillment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Forklift and inventory knowledge are required
• Experience with raw materials inventory processes in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Food or bottling industry experience is a plus
• Ability to perform shipper duties as needed
• Must be able to pass and maintain forklift certification (CPF program)
• Strong forklift driving, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of inventory integrity and accuracy across all raw materials and finished goods
• Monitor and control inventory levels and track product movement to optimize stock and prevent shortages or overages
• Ensure all paperwork, including packing slips and inventory records, is accurately received and processed in the current inventory management system
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and safety
• Perform warehouse duties as needed, including forklift operation and general materials handling
• Foster professional relationships with both internal and external customers
• Oversee product identification and location programs to ensure efficient storage and retrieval
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, collaborating with Finance to correct records as necessary
• Conduct and coordinate physical inventories, cycle counts, random audits, and reconciliations
• Track, report, and document non-conforming, aged, or damaged products
• Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement
• Participate in periodic and year-end inventory counts
• Complete all other duties as assigned
