Location: This position is full-time on-site in Dover, NH. The position holder will need to be within commuting distance (within 45 min).

Product Development Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce preproduction parts
  • Adjust and use mechanical equipment tools
  • Update and draft procedures and work instructions
  • Navigate ERP System
  • Measure and record parts
  • Run qualification lots
  • Provide feedback on tooling
  • Print paperwork for work orders
  • Collect and record data
  • Sheet film as needed
  • Produce Fluoropolymer products in a fast-paced environment, achieving established production levels.
  • Preparing work to be accomplished by studying work instructions, specifications, parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Be attentive to detail to product quality products in an efficient manner.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations
Product Development Operator Qualification Requirements:
  • High school education or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing production position
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Products
  • Hands-on use of common hand tools and simple equipment; screw driver, wrenches, drill, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional eye hand coordination
  • Able to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
