Primary function: Work with the HRD, HRVP and Operations leaders to drive and implement HR strategy, with a focus on retention, organizational development, engagement, and employee growth. Partner with HR centers of excellence and operations leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Work closely with business line leaders to proactively improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention. 2. Analyze trends using data metrics and analytics in partnership with the HR COEs to develop and implement solutions, programs, and policies. 3. Execute & assist in the development of talent strategies that support company, engagement, and retention. 4. Works as an industry leader, leveraging HR expertise in addition to advanced knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation. 5. Assists analyzing human capital data, understanding trends and providing specific solutions to impact those metrics. This includes understanding the attraction, retention and engagement of AccentCare's employees. 6. Supports HR Operations team in providing counseling and support to various departments on matters and issues relating to employee issues/questions and human resource functions. 7. Assists with HR projects and may manage them to completion with the help of others. 8. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. 9. Supports managers on a variety of employee issues and concerns in partnership with AccentCare's HR Service Center. 10. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. 11. Compiles reports from HR data sources as needed to assist with required reporting and analytics. 12. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment related matters. 13. May assists or train leaders on the evaluation of unemployment claims management. 14. Partners with HRSC for review of any escalated background check verification process. 15.
