Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. Summary The Loan Servicing Manager will report directly to the Department Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring proper and timely servicing of the Bank's loans/leases according to established policies/procedures and applicable regulations. The Loan Servicing Manager will counsel borrowers, assist in resolving problems, and answer inquiries. The Loan Servicing Manager will assist in managing the Bank's Loan Accounting System and Lease Program as well as assisting with updating the Department Procedures. The Loan Servicing Manager will review the Department's Monthly Certifications and add to and/or revise the certifications as needed to ensure loan servicing accuracy, quality and compliance. Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises all employees in the Loan Servicing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of ITI, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel and LeaseComplete software. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current driver's license. Other Skills and Abilities Be able to adapt to a fast paced working environment to meet deadlines while providing Extra Dimension Service Plus to the Centers and Departments. Other Qualifications Must be able to travel 5% of the time. Salary Range:$73,770.00 To $103,278.00 Annually 40 hours per week. |
